Please contact us first if you need to return something. We will attempt to resolve any problems without unnecessarily shipping items back and forth.
30 Days Return and Exchanges.
We will accept returns only if the item has not been opened. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges, except in the case of defect. Defectives will be exchanged for the same item only. If the same item is not available within 15 days, we will exchange it for another item, place the item on back order, or offer you a refund.
Because all shipping is pre-paid, e-Anime is not able to refund shipping charges except in cases of mis-shipment.

- Christmas falls on a Friday this year, which means your package
must arrive on Thursday December 24th for Christmas!
- US Mail does a pretty good job delivering
on time; but, as usual, on time delivery is not guaranteed.
- Ground Service- If your package is shipped
between December 4th and December 24th,
delivery by Christmas is not guaranteed*. UPS still follows the
above table pretty closely, but you won't get a refund if they're late.
You should probably get your order in As Soon As Possible! This is
straight from
UPS (see fine print about Peak Season Guarantees) and applies
to Fed Ex ground also.
- Economy / 3rd Day Air - If your package is shipped
between December 21st and December 23rd,
delivery by Christmas is not guaranteed*. UPS still follows the
